Getting to Long Island
Getting to Long Island through a commercial carrier will require a stop at Nassau. From Nassau, there are daily flights to Long Island.
Long Island has two airports: Stella Maris (SML) and Deadman's Cay (LGI). Stella Maris is on the north side of the island, where Deadman's Cay is in the middle. Deadman's Cay is a much closer airport to Winter Haven. From both airports, you can catch a taxi ride to Winter Haven.
